Alright, New Yorkers-- you can get your kitty fix starting next week. Meow Parlour, the city's first permanent cat café, opens Monday on the Lower East Side (though reservations, available in $4 half-hour slots, are fully booked through mid-January). All the cats are adoptable through KittyKind.
